The house’s veranda had been torn and subsided due to a broken underground water drainage pipe. We assisted and represented the owner in this file: organising the expertise, drawing up the files and follow up of insurance procedures.

In addition, everything was done to limit damage and expenses as much as possible by disassembling existing structures and reusing them, so – apart from the technology – only the foundations and the floor zone were “new”.
