Furnishing the offices, incl. feasibility studies, technical analysis & FM support.

The enclosed photos are of the refurbishing of a penthouse office into a high-level recruitment office.

The requested basic aspects were austerity & restraint, lightness and maximum view/light for employees.

Due to the remarkable roof structure slanting in two directions and the side walls made entirely out of glass, all areas with supporting activities have been positioned in the centre of the space, in two identical blocks. These blocks, with their own support structure and ceiling, are completely separated from everything, maximising the architectural perception of the spaces.

This also enabled positioning all workstations peripherally. In addition, maximum flexibility is achieved because all technology (incl. ventilation) is built into the elevated floor.
